Welcome Organic Crave Hiring Professionals
Hello! I'm Tilly Mohr.
+1 507-217-1338 · ChokeCherryDesign@hotmail.com · LinkedIn/TillyM
I’m a visual communications guru with 15 years of professional experience in photography, marketing, and design. I love creating engaging stories that make a positive impact in my clients’ lives, because I believe that my success comes from helping others achieve the best versions of themselves, both professionally and personally. I’m a firm believer that the best designs arise from collaboration and conversation.
I thrive through learning, and pushing my boundaries by doing “the scary thing.” I speak Spanish well enough to keep me out of trouble, and currently just enough Danish to probably get myself into trouble. I’m also currently learning ASL to better connect with loved ones. Chocolate and coffee fuel my creativity. Authenticity is my life's dress code. Charm and empathy are my superpowers. If it weren’t for my morals, I’d probably be a millionaire… which is probably for the best that I’m not, since I know I’d go and adopt ALL the cats.

Preemptive Interview Responses
What about The Organic Crave Company made you decide to apply?
A.This position feels like it was made for me. Working in a vibrant company with an obvious passion for their products is an amazing bonus and getting to be a part of your "small but ambitious" team would mean I'm not just a number - that my work actually means something. Helping the company expand into new territories while I get to enhance in my career at the same time is an opportunity I simply can't pass up!
What is your weakest skill?
A.Doing math in my head. Luckily my school teachers were wrong when they told me "you won't be walking around with a calculator in your pocket"!
How do you perform best under pressure?
A.As Einstein (supposedly) said, 'You can’t judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree.' – meaning everyone is brilliant in their own unique way. As such, a team succeeds when people’s strengths are recognized and utilized. You wouldn’t ask an architect to do an accountant’s job—it’s inefficient and drains both resources and morale.
In an interview setting, my brilliance is best expressed through written responses. While I absolutely can (and do) succeed under pressure, my strengths shine the most when provided the opportunity to articulate my responses in writing. Written responses enhance effective communication between me and the other party, benefitting us both.
What is your leadership style?
A.Collaborative & Inspiring. I encourage open dialogue with an inclusive environment where ideas are allowed to be expressed freely, and ensuring everyone has a place at the metaphorical table. I strive to inspire confidence in my fellow team members and the stakeholders we collaborate with by balancing high expectations with the support necessary for each role to thrive.
Describe your ideal work environment.
A.I thrive in collaborative and supportive environments where teams can exchange constructive feedback and work cohesively to solve problems or achieve goals. I prefer dynamic, purpose-driven settings that encourage innovation and learning from mistakes. My ideal workplace fosters individual growth alongside company-wide success. I also value a balance between independent work and teamwork, where creativity stays fresh while allowing for deep focus.
What is your desired compensation?
A.A fair offer from a company reflects its integrity and builds a foundation of trust and loyalty. Given that a company like yours has likely set a well-considered compensation range based on budget, industry standards, and the responsibilities of the role, I want to respect that. Should an offer be extended to me, I’m open to discussing compensation that aligns with these factors as well as the value my experience can bring to your team and the company.
